Provides an excellent wetting agent, as the "first-hit" treatment when used to treat spills, spots and stains, prior to say more invasive processes (like Enz-All, & Prekleen Enzyme Soil Lifter / Spray & Go, Helpmate Coffee Stain Remover etc).
